Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Condition:

  • Return Period: 7 days return from the delivery date
  • Restocking Fees: None
  • Refund Time: Within 7 to 10 working days
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returns for defective products only.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & RTO Charges

For returns due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong product, changing your mind, refusing delivery, providing an incorrect address, or failing to accept the delivery), the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, payment gateway charges (if applicable), and any RTO (Return to Origin) charges incurred by us will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds will be processed after deducting these applicable charges, as we are not responsible for bearing shipping, payment processing, or RTO losses resulting from customer-related returns.

No shipping or RTO charges will be deducted if the return is approved because you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If approved, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
